On the northwest of this intersection, we have Henry Ripley's original homestead property. On the southwest we have a bank of 100-acre lots that Augustus DesBarres began to sell around 1831. The photo above shows the lots I have managed to trace so far. On the southeast, we have a pair of side-by side lots sold to William Bulmer and William Pipes. East of the Pipes lot is the Samuel McCully triangle-shaped lot described a few blog posts ago.
And north of Bulmer and Pipes is a lot sold to Peter Noiles that is bounded on the north by Gould properties. I've summarized the new information on the Fenwick Crossroads Lots page.
