Lots W, U, and T
1859 Alexander Stewart to James Stewart Lot T
Isabella Cochran received Lot T when her father's estate was settled in 1826. Alexander Stewart sold James Stewart a lot bordering on the Cobequid Road and north of Lot R. This can only be Lot T of the upland Cochran Lots. (Deed Book DD, p. 12). I do not know how Alexander Stewart obtained the property.

1888 Charles J. Stewart to Bedford Bacon Lot W
Isabella Cochran received Lot W when her father's estate was settled in 1826. Charles J. Stewart sold Bedford Bacon a lot from the Cochran properties bordered on the north by the Denson line, being the westernmost of the two lots purchased. This can only be Lot W. However, the lot number was never given. I do not know how Charles J. Stewart obtained the lot, but Charles J and Amelia were children of Alexander Stewart so perhaps they inherited it. Bedford Bacon sold Lots V, W, and a portion of S to Albert Lawrence. (Deed Book 10, p. 139). Albert Lawrence later sold properties to his son-in-law Roy Pipes, John Pulk, and Placide Arsenault.
