In 1828, Eliza (Cochran) Inglis and her husband sold the 111 acre and 4 pole Lot V #6 to Matthew and Thomas Logan. (Deed Book K, p. 440). Matthew then sold a 1/3 share to David Logan.

David Noiles sold the lot to John W. Lowe in 1862. (Deed Book GG, p. 34)
In 1875, John W. Lowe sold Lot V #6 to Bedford Bacon. (Deed Book VV p. 249).
Bedford Bacon sold Lots V, W, and a portion of S to Albert Lawrence. (Deed Book 10, p. 139)
Albert Lawrence later sold properties to his son-in-law Roy Pipes, John Pulk, and Placide Arsenault.
